Who runs this site

justgetdeal.com is run by NurseLegacy LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. The contact address for anything raised in these terms is hello@justgetdeal.com.

What JustGetDeal does

This site lists discount codes and offers from independent workshops that make copper and brass fixtures, together with information about those stores. That is all it does.

Nothing is sold here. There is no basket on this site, no payment page and no order. When you use a code you are buying from the store, on the store's own site, under the store's own terms.

We are not the shop

We are not the maker, the seller, the shipper or an agent for any of them. Your contract is with the store you buy from.

• Payment, delivery and customs are handled by the store, on their terms, in their currency.
• Returns, refunds and warranty are the store's to honour. Ask them, and ask before you buy if it matters.
• The goods themselves, including how a finish ages, are described by the store. We repeat what they say and link to where they said it.
• A dispute over an order goes to the store first. Tell us as well, because a store that treats buyers badly does not stay listed.

What we promise about a code

Every code here has been put into a real basket and watched at checkout, and it is checked again while it stays on the site. The date on the listing is the date of the last check. How that works in detail is on how we verify.

What we cannot promise is that a code will still work at the moment you use it. A store can cancel, change or use up a code at any time, without telling anyone. A code can also be limited to certain products, certain countries, first orders, minimum spends or a set number of uses, and those limits belong to the store rather than to us.

So check the total before you pay. If the number does not move, the code is not working, whatever the checkout message says. Tell us and it comes down.

Prices and availability

Prices, discounts and stock shown on this site are what the store was showing when we last looked. They change without notice, and the price on the store's own page is the real one. Currency conversion, taxes, duty and shipping are worked out by the store at checkout.

Links that earn us money

Some links out to a store pay us a commission on a sale that follows. The price is the same for you either way, and the commission changes nothing about which codes appear or where a store sits on a page. The detail is on the affiliate disclosure.

Using the site

Read it, use the codes, send them to a friend. What you may not do:

• Copy the listings in bulk, scrape them, or republish the code list as your own.
• Break into any part of the site, or try to.
• Send false reports, fake store applications or automated form submissions.
• Use the site in a way that breaks the law where you are.

We can block access if any of that happens, without warning and without owing an explanation.

What you send us

Four forms on this site collect something: the newsletter signup, the report on a code that failed, the store application and the contact form. What happens to the details you type into them is set out on the privacy page.

What you send stays yours. By sending it you allow us to use it for the thing it was sent for, which for a store application means building and publishing a listing for your store. Do not send anything confidential through a form on a website.

Store listings

A listing is not an endorsement of everything a store does. It means the store makes what it says it makes and the code we published worked when we checked it.

We can add, edit or remove any listing or code at any time, for any reason. A store can ask to be taken off and we will do it, usually the same day. Store names, logos and product photographs belong to the stores and are used to identify them.

Our own material

The writing, the layout, the photography we commission and the drawn JustGetDeal mark belong to us. Quote a paragraph and link back if it is useful to you. Do not lift the pages wholesale, and do not use the mark as if it were yours.

Downtime and changes

The site is offered as it is. Pages change, sections get rebuilt, and it will sometimes be down. We do not guarantee that it is available, complete or free of mistakes at any given moment, and there is no charge to you for any of it.

Where our responsibility ends

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that follows from using this site, a code found on it, or a store linked from it. That includes an order that goes wrong, a code that fails, a price that has changed, or goods that are not what you expected.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If some part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Changes to these terms

These terms change when the site does. The date at the top says when they were last edited, and using the site after that means the current version applies. There is no notification list for edits to this page.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, where NurseLegacy LLC is registered, and a dispute about this site would be heard by the competent courts there.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the consumer protection you have at home still applies to you, whatever this paragraph says.
